The price depends on number of factors. The crucial ones represent the composition of the product, the ingredients used and the size of the production batch. We can produce bars in a highly economical way. Send us your idea and we will send you the estimate pricing.

The minimum quantity of a production batch is 24,000 pieces per type. Another important factor is the minimum quantity per year, which is 200,000 pieces per type. This also stands for the minimum amount of printed packaging material we have to order from our suppliers.

We have a wide range of ingredients that we can use in production. If required, new ingredients may be added on condition that the agreed annual quantities are sufficient.

The width of the bars is defined by our production technology. We can produce bars of 250 mm or 350 mm wide whereas the length can vary between 90 mm and 105 mm. Those parameters influence the weight of the product itself. The lightest bars we produce are about 20 g and the heaviest are 65 g.

The content of a standard size carton is 24 pieces of bars. However, we can provide carton contents varying from of 20 to 66 pieces depending on the size and type of bars. The displays are usually stacked directly on pallets. Stability is ensured by spacers, cardboard corners and wrapping of the entire pallet in foil. Moreover, it is possible to have multipacks of 3 or 6 pieces, which are then packed into displays.

We sign a confidentiality agreement with all partners. Your recipes are safe with us because your competitive advantage will always come first. The only information that will be available on the market is the one required by legislation.

There are two options. You can either arrange your own transport, or we can contact our logistics partners and arrange the product delivery by ourselves. You can select from pallet or floor loading, trucks or containers.

Yes, we have customers outside the EU, we can deal with all required legislative requirements and export documentation.

There is no difference, it is just another name. All the following terms in English - white label, private label, store brand or own brand - are synonyms. They express production under the brand of a business partner.
